YWCA Hotel Vancouver

Cute clean boutique type of hotel. Room are perfect. Bed super comfortable. Kitchen is nice and accommodating. The staff are such a pleasure to communicate with. Lots of restaurants and attractions near by. Really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you Hotel Willo

Comfortable room with a clean modern bathroom. Centrally located with easy access to everything. Lots of cute places to explore in gastown. Underground parking was also much appreciated. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon.

When I first arrived in Canada, I had to head to the Sunshine Coast. Since my flight landed around 10 PM, I took the train, got off at the city centre, and walked to this hotel. The location is very easy to reach and close to almost everything. I checked in around midnight and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. One unique thing is that the bathroom is shared between two rooms (connected style), but it was still well-maintained. Overall, very worth it and reasonably priced.

We came here for a few days to see the city and I’m grateful I chose this hotel. Overall lovely staff, nice petite rooms. You have a kitchen outside of your room that everyone can use and you can cook full meals and not have to send money on take out if you don’t want to! I love that personally! 13/10 experience! We will definitely be back more prepared! Thank you so much for having us :)

Rooms and hotel very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Has good security. Had a problem getting in the front door as when the reception buzzed me in the door didn't open. This happened several times and she yelled at me insinuating it was my fault. Not very welcoming considering I had been traveling for over 30 hours at this point and I just needed a bed. I would come again, but hopefully this staff member changes her attitude.

I stayed there when I was traveling in Vancouver. I enjoyed the safety security and the Location. The rooms are very clean and the staff are very nice. It can be a little confusing at first when you try to navigate and find a room or find the kitchen and the other group spaces, but aren’t you go to this location once or twice? It’s pretty straightforward. I didn’t have any issues getting on the elevator or waiting at the elevator. Even the cleaning stuff are very sweet and the maintenance stuff all very kind.

Twin bed shared bathroom: room on the 11th floor, away from the arena, was fairly quiet; some noise heard from neighbors but everyone is respectful and it did not bother me or my sleep; room had a sink and fridge Bathroom use was not an issue, did not have to wait for the toilet. One toilet for this floor with a shower and one separate room with a bathtub only. Clean. Has shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Room comes with plenty of towels. Shared kitchens available Convenient and safe location Excellent experience for solo travel at a reasonable cost.

This is a great hotel, close to a lot of places and restaurants, the only downfall sadly and out of their control is the construction on Beatty currently but the staff are lovely and the rooms are cozy. My mom and I spent two nights here and we enjoyed it a lot. Highly recommend especially as they are a non-profit hotel where the money they make help single mothers and children.
